SWPP & BPPA
The aims of the SWPP & BPPA are to encourage high professional standards and ethics in photography by providing continued training programmes that will benefit the experienced professional along with the newcomer to the business. Through it's publications it encourages the development and discussion about all aspects of the business of photography and promotes the interests of photographers. To provide a focused assessment of photographic and allied products, which are of specific interest to those who earn money from their photography and to provide essential information on radical changes in photographic capture, manipulation and output. To encourage newcomers to the profession by providing support and ongoing print assessments, qualifications and competitions, in order to encourage and inspire them to achieve their ultimate goals The organisation prides itself on cultivating friendship and understanding among photographers from all corners of the globe by having alliances with other International based Associations.
Eastern Events
Art & Craft Fairs for the Whole Family Eastern Events organise arts and craft fairs, many of them at National Trust properties based in Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Leiestershire, Norfolk and Suffolk. We aim to combine high quality craft fairs and shows with demonstrations by makers and traditional country craftspeople. Our craft shows and fairs provide entertainment for all the family, you are likely to see a wide variety of craft work. You could commission a picture or an object from makers as varied as jewellers, wood turners, textile artists and leather workers. All our crafts shows feature goods of high quality and design, which have been created by the person exhibiting. Childrens entertainment is provided at each fair and show, making for a great day out for the entire family. Weddings at Blake Hall
Blake Hall has been a home to the Capel Cure family for over 220 years. Now, within the historic setting of Blake Hall and its peaceful gardens, we can offer the perfect venue for a wedding day to remember in the 17th century Barn, with seating for up to 150 guests. The barn is also an ideal venue for parties and other special occasions such as christenings. Waters Edge, a leading Essex catering company, offers a comprehensive menu that appeals to all tastes and is competitively priced. The interior of the barn accommodates a spacious dance floor, banqueting area and bar all in one room. Selected areas of the gardens provide the perfect backdrop for photography. The area outside the barn is an ideal setting for BBQs, reception drinks and for you and your guests to enjoy the romantic sunset. Our experienced co-ordinators will be there to make your day stress free and personal. Within twenty minutes of the M25 and 10 minutes from the M11, Blake Hall is easy to reach from all directions. Just off the A414 midway between Harlow and Chelmsford.
